Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

We do not ship to:

International destinations
U.S. territories outside our supported delivery network
Freight forwarding services when delivery cannot be verified

Orders with incomplete or unverifiable shipping information may be delayed or canceled.

Shipping Costs

A flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies to every order regardless of product quantity.

We currently do not charge tax on shipping fees.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost, damaged, or delayed:

We will assist in working with the carrier to investigate the shipment whenever possible.

Claims should be reported promptly after the expected delivery date.

Multiple Items

Orders containing multiple jewelry items (bracelets, earrings, necklaces, pendants, or rings) may occasionally arrive in separate packages depending on inventory availability or shipping logistics.

There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States.

International orders cannot be accepted.

Orders that cannot be delivered by our supported carriers may be canceled and fully refunded.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately.

Address changes can only be made before an order enters the shipping process.
